Designation– Manager, Financial Reporting Advisory Services (Accounting Advisory)

Location: Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide accounting advisory support, including implementation assistance with Ind AS and other international GAAPs
  • Support a portfolio of engagements, by leading a team of Assistant Managers, Seniors and Associates
  • Conduct timely performance reviews and provide performance feedback to the team
  • Monitor time and manage deadlines of the assignments
  • Ability to research technical topics efficiently and effectively
  • Provide periodic technical trainings to the team members.
  • Ability to perform in a client facing environment and act as the SPOC for all client related issues
  • Strong analytical bent of mind and structured problem solving approach towards assignments
  • Ability to work independently and with the team and efficiently manage projects according to strict deadlines
  • Build, maintain, and enhance client relationships effectively

Desired Profile:

  • 5-7 years of experience in in Financial Reporting and Advisory, Accounting Advisory
  • Qualification: ACCA Member
  • Good communication skills (Verbal & Written)
  • Client facing experience is preferred
  • Willingness to travel

Skill Set: -

  • Expert technical knowledge of Ind AS, IFRS and US GAAP
  • Strong report writing and review skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication (both verbal and written) skills
  • Strong MS Excel skills, along with good working knowledge of other computer programs.
  • Extensive knowledge on presenting facts, findings and observations to interested parties, including auditors
